The client came to Quo looking to accelerate the career development of 3 individuals into board positions following on from a reengineering project. Individual analysis of each person was undertaken using self appraisal, psychometrics and sponsor interviews to identify key issues. The major areas for of focus for effective career management were identified, including familiarisation with other functions and personal planning. An action plan was developed and agreed with their sponsors - then implemented.
12 months coaching and support has been provided on a one-to-one basis working closely with the organisations sponsor.
Team performance was enhanced significantly following coaching intervention and two of the three individuals have now been further promoted to Group Director roles.
