Top performers within a telecommunications company were identified and put forward for an inplacement programme run by Quo. Following analysis to identify critical development requirements and action points, the individuals were supported through training and development and coaching activities. They were able to identify positive career opportunities and position themselves to benefit from the ongoing reengineering within their organisation.
During a period of significant change following a downturn in the market, the company were able to retain all but one individual from the identified talent pool of 30.
