These Inplacement programmes, highly tailored to both the company and the individuals needs, start with an analysis of the individual and their profile, using psychometrics, 360 degree assessment, in-depth biographical interviews and an understanding of the individual’s fit with the future direction of the company; move through preparation stage, where career and retraining options are considered leading to the development of an action plan for the support requirements identified; and finally progress to the action stage in which individuals put the redirection plan into operation. Coaching is available throughout the process.
