Executive Outplacement
Quo’s Executive Outplacement service combines the personal touch with a highly-structured assistance programme.
Executives are taken through an analysis stage, looking at their own personal qualities and aspirations (informed by psychometric assessment) issue analysis and definition of the aspirational role.
In the preparation stage executives research routes to jobs and work on self-promotion tools like their CV and interview technique. Quo makes a wide range of information services and office support available as the executive moves into the action stage, drawing up a job search plan and putting it into action. Support and advice on financial, retirement, small business strategy and so on are constantly at hand.
What makes Quo’s outplacement approach particularly distinctive is that it is relationship-based: instead of offering a set number of hours or months of advice and support, as most competitor programmes do, Quo’s approach is open-ended.
Quo supports the individual up to the point when they start their new job, and then beyond (many of our executive outplacements have kept in touch as their career develops), and Quo are always ready to help for no additional fee.
The close relationships our approach promote, and our commitment to really understand the needs of the individual, mean we can develop creative new techniques to take executives to better jobs, more quickly.
