Group Outplacement
When a large number of employees are made redundant, it is sometimes not possible to use the one-on-one approach we us when a small number of executives are concerned.
We generally use a workshop-based approach for small groups of no more than ten, and within this environment, we ensure we have individual time with each of the people on the programme.
Our programmes will help with basic skills like CV and letter writing, telephone skills, financial and benefit advice, office support, web-based job search and application techniques. A standard part of our approach would also be to run career workshops to help workers understand their job talents and work aspirations, organise Job-shops, prepare a search plan and executing it with our support.
Each redundancy programme, of course, is different, and the needs of the staff vary widely. So we think creatively in each case to develop the best package of interventions that will lead departing personnel to the right jobs for them as quickly as possible – within cost parameters.
