Screening
Very often time pressures mean screening procedures in organisations are little more than a quick glance at a host of CVs, which leaves the client with a big job on their hands: sifting out the quality candidates from a wide range of highly diverse and mostly unsuitable applications.
Our approach to screening is based on working with clients to develop a highly detailed profile of the desired employee, based on job analysis and role profiling. Initially, we make a first sifting of response using basic factual and job-specific data, followed by a creatively designed psychometric evaluation designed to probe in detail for the competencies and behavioural skills our clients are looking for.
We can manage the application screening process for single high-level appointments through to programmes developed to deliver hundreds of employees.
Often, and always with larger resourcing needs, the screening interviews are handled by our telephone screening centre. Importantly, our methods deliver a high level of consistency, so that standards of judgement across our screening staff are uniform.
