Quo works with organisations to help recruit the right talent. We think our job starts at the very start of the process, where organisations are working to define their people needs.
A job description is good as far as it goes, but doesn’t help much in delivering people with a precise balance of skills. Using job role analysis and competency profiling we use creative approaches to develop an in-depth profile of the unique characteristics of the talent needed.
Based on that, we can approach the attraction of candidates, their screening and assessment much more structured and efficient way.
