Quo employ a range of cutting-edge assessment tools, used either to evaluate prospective employees or existing staff with a view to their development.
Three of our key tools are psychometric assessment, innovative 360 degree evaluation and our revolutionary new PfAM methodology.
We use a range of psychometric assessment tools, including Hogan, to provide individual evaluations to aid job, career and succession decision-making
In a Management Development context, this understanding can be deepened further with interlocking 360 degree assessment, adding to the picture by illustrating the way the individual’s self-perception compares with the perception of managers, peers and reports.

PfAM (Performance = f {Ability X Motivation}) is a revolutionary new tool that builds on specific psychometric data and 360 degree knowledge to assess the individual’s capacity to cope with complexity and ambiguity. Relating this to our understanding of personal capabilities at different levels within the organisation, we derive a dynamic understanding on an individual’s likely progress and ultimate career potential.
We also have a variant of PfAM that we use in an Assessment Centre context, which enables a dynamic evaluation of the career potential of potential executives.
